Mike Elphick is the Business Development Manager for ProDirectional. He has more than 28 years of sales experience in several industries that include: oil and gas directional drilling, pharmaceuticals, wireless communications and wholesale food. Prior to joining the oil and gas industry, Elphick worked as Territory Manager for Pfizer Pharmaceuticals and Novartis Pharmaceuticals and was recognized for several top selling awards. In his current position, he is responsible for market growth, customer management, and strategic planning in the Permian Basin district. Elphick is also a Board member at Greentree Country Club in Midland, TX.

About Russel

Russell Johnson is the Corporate Sales Manager at Precision Hydraulic Technology. He has more than 10 years of experience in hydraulic fluid power on the service and supply chain side of the oil and gas industry. In his current position, Russell is responsible for the outside sales team, sales growth, product market share, and business development for his company. Russell served 4 years in the United States Marine Corps with one overseas deployment to Southeast Asia in 2002 and one overseas deployment to Iraq in 2004, where he earned a Combat Action Ribbon. Russell is currently the Commander of VFW Post 4149 in Midland, Texas. Russell is married to his wife Brittany and has two kids, Russell Johnson II and Creek Johnson.

About Lindsey

Lindsey Keith is a Project Manager for JP3 Measurement. With more than 12 years of experience in the oil and gas industry, she started her career at Schlumberger Drilling & Measurements in the Permian Basin before joining JP3 Measurement in 2020. In her current position, she manages field and remote data operations for real-time NIR optical hydrocarbon analyzers of over 50 sites across multiple domestic regions, managing field resources and customer relations.

Casey Walker is a CFO for cougar cleaning equipment. She began her career in the oil field 5 years ago at Endeavor Energy Services as the accountant for the roustabout and trucking divisions. She continued to be VP/CFO for a work-over rig company before joining Cougar Cleaning Equipment.
